What's not to love about guacamole? It's easy to make, a fun party dip, and full of healthy ingredients! Avocados, of course, are the main ingredient, and they are a great source of healthy fats that are important for heart health and for keeping your skin looking great. Tomatoes (rich in vitamin C), fresh cilantro (which contains zinc and vitamin A), and spices join the party to create the perfect, flavorful guac. Whether you spread it on toast or dip tortilla chips into it, guacamole is a must-have recipe.

Here in the South, no picnic, cookout, or party is complete without a platter of Deviled Eggs. When I was a little girl, I thought they MUST be "bad" because they had "devil" in the name.
