There's nothing quite like a fresh, juicy in-season tomato, and the perfect way to highlight the bright flavors of tomatoes is to make the classic Italian dish, bruschetta. In this video, I share my version of bruschetta, which combines the traditional mix of fresh herbs, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar with warm crusty bread and creamy, tangy goat cheese.
