Easy and Delicious Ways to Eat More Fruits and Veggies

We all know we need to eat plenty of fruits and veggies; however many of us only eat a serving or two each day, not getting close to the recommended minimum of 5 servings per day. Often times, this is because although we may include produce with our evening meal, we miss out on it at breakfast, lunch, and snack time.
